I am more than happy to assist exsting or prospective small business owners with any issues they face in starting, developing and managing their small businesses, with the exception of tax or tax related issues, as I do not feel I have the relevant expertise to address these issues.

Experience

I am a qualified Accountant and a member of CPA Australia, with a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors in Australia. My main areas of expertise are management accounting, lean production (including TQM, team-working, continuous improvement, business process management) and business planning, policy and goverance (business management). Over the course of my career I have been involved in providing expert assistance and advice on finance and business management issues to the senior management of a variety of small to medium commercial organizations.
